Newspaper Sculpture Workshops
Experience the ultimate team-building challenge in our Life-size Newspaper Sculpture Workshop. Working in small, high-energy groups, you’ll choose one colleague to be the live model while the rest of the team rolls, measures and constructs a full-scale paper twin. This fast-paced session forces teams to communicate, problem-solve and laugh together as they transform recycled newsprint into a 3D masterpiece. You'll walk away with a boost in creative confidence, a stronger bond with your peers and a hilarious, one-of-a-kind sculpture of your teammate.
Paint Party/Painting Session - A fun and relaxing activity, leaving you empowered and proud of your achievements. Even for people who have never touched a paintbrush before.  Connect with new people or get to know your colleagues better and discover your creative side.

Mindful Art Session (no art experience necessary) We start with a short guided meditation then experiment with materials and equipment, concentrating on the process and creative expression. Focussing entirely on the present moment without judgement, emphasizing the experience of creating over the final product.  Using colours, lines, textures, pattern, form, etc to foster self awareness and promote calmness and emotional healing. ​
Print Making  
Unplug and get creative in our Lino Print Making Workshop, a hands-on experience where you’ll design, carve, and pull your own unique prints. It’s the perfect stress-buster for adults and colleagues, offering a meditative "flow" that boosts mental wellbeing and team bonding away from the screen. You’ll gain a rewarding new skill, enjoy a boost in confidence through the "magic reveal" of your first print, and leave with a collection of handmade artwork ready to frame.
Clay Modelling - The Goddess Within
We’ll explore the grounded, powerful forms of Neolithic "Venus" figures alongside mythical goddesses like Athena for wisdom, Artemis for independence and Demeter for nurturing strength. By using these ancient archetypes as a practical blueprint, you’ll sculpt your own empowered essence, tapping into a sense of resilience that transcends the daily grind.

This workshop is a high-impact stress-reliever that builds creative confidence and fosters deep group connection.

​At the end of the session, you’ll take your raw clay sculpture home to place in your garden or a special outdoor spot. As the elements naturally return the clay to the earth, it serves as a grounding lesson in letting go, shifting the focus from perfectionism to the restorative power of the process itself.
