A grounding Yoga workshop focusing on the earth element, stability and connection to nature - aimed at all abilities.
Followed by a grounding and earthy creative clay session - moulding your own organic clay sculpture. This piece is specially designed to be taken home and placed in your garden. Over time, it will beautifully dissolve back into nature through the elements, leaving behind a wonderful, living surprise that will continue to evolve in your special outdoor space.
