HOW TO BOOK
Please ring or email Henhouse to discuss your needs and arrange time and date of the party and to arrange a face to face meeting.  We prefer to meet with you and your child to discuss their interests and design a tailor made activity for your child's party.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required
at least 4 weeks in advance.
 
Bookings are only confirmed when Henhouse has received the £50.00 deposit. The final outstanding balance to be paid in CASH, in full before the party starts.

TERMS
PARTY BOOKINGS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS NOTICE HAVE TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE BOOKED PARTY DATE

ART PARTY COSTS
1.5 HOUR ACTIVITY
COST = £17.50 per child
15+ children price reduces to £15.00 per child

2 HOUR ACTIVITY
COST = £20.00 per child
15+ children price reduces to £18.50 per child

PRICES INCLUDE ART MATERIALS & APRONS ARE PROVIDED


PLEASE NOTE:
We require an hour before the start of the activity, to set up.
 
We will provide table coverings, aprons and everything for the children to create their masterpieces.
 
Please advise guests to wear old clothes.  We do provide aprons but we can’t guarantee that paint won’t get on to clothing and it is difficult to remove.
 
We only provide the creative session, you have to provide all food/drinks/cakes/party games etc.
 
Also can you ask which children we can/can’t take photographs of please?  We require photographic permission, verbal is ok.
 
Please be aware that if there are more than 15 children, we will require help from a couple of parents or adult helpers.
 
IF CHILDREN ARE AGED UNDER 5 YEARS OLD PARENT/HELPERS MUST STAY.
